    Yes, SalesPlay has all the features you’re looking for to manage your wholesale business offering credit to clients:

    ✅ Issue Credit Receipts: You can sell items on credit and give customers a credit receipt directly from the POS.
    ✅ Track Outstanding Balances: All unpaid amounts are recorded under the customer’s name, and you can check who owes you at any time.
    ✅ Settle Payments Later: When your clients come to pay, you can do partial or full settlement of their credit invoices.
    ✅ Set Credit Limits: You can set a credit limit for each customer. SalesPlay can also block credit sales beyond the set limit if you enable the enforcement setting.

    You can manage all this easily from both the POS App and the Web Back Office Portal, including detailed reports on who owes what.

    Thanks for your question and this is a good one.

    Since you’re using 3-digit product codes and a scale that prints weight-embedded barcodes, you’ll need to configure a custom barcode profile in SalesPlay POS using the PLU (Price Look-Up code) setting.

    Here’s how to set it up:

    1. Go to Settings > Barcode Profile in your SalesPlay POS backend.

    2. Click on “Add New” to create a custom barcode profile (default formats like EAN-13 can’t be edited).

    3. In the new profile, set the “Number of Digits for PLU” to 2.

      • This tells the POS to treat the first 3 digits after the prefix as the product code.

      • Example: If your barcode is 2101452500006 → 145 will be recognized as the product code.

    4. Save and apply the new barcode profile.

    Why set PLU as 2?

    Because your product codes are 3 digits, setting PLU to 2 helps the system extract and match the correct code. For 3-digit codes:

    • ✅ Set PLU = 2

    • For 4-digit codes → PLU = 1

    • For 5-digit or longer codes → PLU = 0

    Yes, there is a limitation on how far back receipts are displayed in the POS App. The app retains receipts for the past 30 days only.

    However, all receipts are permanently stored in the BackOffice system, so you can still access older records there.

    Since the transaction from May 22 is beyond the 30-day limit on the app, it will not appear under Past Receipts in the POS App. As an alternative, you can delete the original receipt via the BackOffice, then issue a new receipt with today’s date and process the refund accordingly. Please note that backdating is not possible—this is just a workaround we suggest for handling such cases.

    Currently supported webhook events include:

    • Inventory updates

    • Product creation/updates/deletion

    • Customer creation/updates/deletion

    • Receipt creation/updates

    • Credit note and refund updates

    When an event occurs, SalesPlay sends a POST request with event details to your configured webhook URL, so your system can react instantly.

    We’ve recently improved the Billing & Subscriptions section in the SalesPlay Back Office to reduce payment failures and ensure smoother transactions.

    As part of the new process, you may be required to update any missing information in your Billing Information page. Specifically, please make sure to:

    1. Re-enter your card details, including the Name on Card

    2. Complete the Billing Details section with your full address and contact information

    ✅ Step 1: Update Card Details

    Add the “Name on Card” to avoid card creation errors.

    1. Log in to Back Office Web Portal
    2. Go to Settings > Billing and Subscriptions
    3. Click Update Payment Method
    4. Enter the correct Name on Card
    5. Click Save

    ✅ Step 2: Update Billing Information

    Ensure all billing fields (including address) are filled correctly.

    1. Log in to Back Office Web Portal
    2. Go to Settings > Billing and Subscriptions
