We’ve recently improved the Billing & Subscriptions section in the SalesPlay Back Office to reduce payment failures and ensure smoother transactions.

As part of the new process, you may be required to update any missing information in your Billing Information page. Specifically, please make sure to:

1. Re-enter your card details, including the Name on Card

2. Complete the Billing Details section with your full address and contact information

✅ Step 1: Update Card Details

Add the “Name on Card” to avoid card creation errors.

1. Log in to Back Office Web Portal
2. Go to Settings > Billing and Subscriptions
3. Click Update Payment Method
4. Enter the correct Name on Card
5. Click Save

✅ Step 2: Update Billing Information

Ensure all billing fields (including address) are filled correctly.

1. Log in to Back Office Web Portal
2. Go to Settings > Billing and Subscriptions
3. Click Edit Billing Details
4. Fill all required fields with accurate information
5. Click Save

For your spa and gym facilities, you can utilize the Reservations/Bookings/Appointments feature to enable automatic billing for time-based services like appointments.

Here’s how you can set it up:

1. Add your spa or salon staff (e.g., therapists) under the “Other Staff” section.
2. Use the Appointments feature to manage and bill for time-based services automatically.
