Hello! I’m trying to conect my web APP to my KOT device, and I’m having some problems. I have conected my tablets to the KOT device with no problems, but with my laptob it’s beeing impossible.
The version of the APP is not the same as in the tablet, so when I try to set up a new KOT display in the laptop, it doesn’t give me the choice and the only thing I can do is create a printer.
If I try to do it trough the backoffice, when I click in ADDON APPS / KOT DISPLAY, the only option that I have is to enable or disable but I don’t have the option of creating one as it says in the general explanation for the old version (photo attached).
Because of this problem, I think that my QR orderings are not reaching the KOT Display, so it doesn’t make sense to enable the QR ordering if the Kitchen doesn’t know about the new orders.
