For a restaurant operating 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, set:
Go to Settings → Software Setup, set your business hours, and click Update.
Then, in Reports → Dashboard, select Business Hours when choosing the date range.
This will show your 6:00 PM–2:00 AM sales as one business day, without splitting them at midnight.
