    Yes, there is a limitation on how far back receipts are displayed in the POS App. The app retains receipts for the past 30 days only.

    However, all receipts are permanently stored in the BackOffice system, so you can still access older records there.

    Since the transaction from May 22 is beyond the 30-day limit on the app, it will not appear under Past Receipts in the POS App. As an alternative, you can delete the original receipt via the BackOffice, then issue a new receipt with today’s date and process the refund accordingly. Please note that backdating is not possible—this is just a workaround we suggest for handling such cases.

    To generate a sales report for your specific late-night shift (6 PM to 2 AM), you can easily filter the time period in the back office. Here’s how:
    1. Go to the Reports section in the back office and select Sales Summary.
    2. For the Date Range, choose Custom Range:
      • Set the Start Date to yesterday.
      • Set the End Date to today.
    3. Move to the Time Filter and select Custom Period:
      • Set the Start Time as 6:00 PM.
      • Set the End Time as 2:00 AM.

    This will generate a comprehensive report for your desired shift period.

    The new Payment Interface was launched in version 115.5, and it includes exactly this feature. So update your app to the latest version of the SalesPlay POS.

    We have redesigned the payment process to be faster, smarter, and more user-friendly. One of the key improvements is the addition of currency-note shortcuts, allowing cashiers to quickly select common denominations.

    What’s New

    • The system automatically displays relevant currency denominations based on your registered country.

      • For example, in India you’ll see options like ₹10, ₹50, ₹100, ₹200, ₹500

    • This speeds up cash transactions by letting cashiers simply tap the note amount instead of entering it manually.

    Example

    For a bill amount of ₹40, the interface will suggest notes such as:
    ₹50, ₹100, ₹200, etc.

    Important

    • Landscape mode only: Currency note suggestions appear in landscape mode.

    • Portrait mode: Standard keypad remains.

I want to get Two-KOT Receipts at the same time in one-printer ? Basically, when we select item and then issue the KOT, kitchen printer should print two-KOTs.
