Is Sunmi or Imin POS devices' Dual Display work with SalesPlay?

Dear Community, I am planning to purchase either Sunmi or Imin latest model. I saw some major POS apps are not compatible with dual display. Is SalesPlay support dual display for above POS brands ?

Is Cash rounding available for Bahrain

How can I use cash rounding for my business in Bahrain? We need to use three decimal places. The SalesPlay help center says the Cash-rounding option is available, but I can’t find it. How do I use cash rounding?

    1. POS App main menu

    2. Select “ Settings ”

    3. Select “Printers”

    4. Click on the already created printer or Click the “Add (+) button

    5. Select printer type as “ Advanced settings”

    6. Select a measurement from the Extra Space for Receipt Edge dropdown

    7. Click SAVE

We need to make the KOT number bigger on the printed KOTs. It’s too small right now. Can we find a way to make it larger or more noticeable? Thank you

    1. POS App main menu
    2. Select “ Settings ”
    3. Select “Printers”
    4. Click on the already created printer or Click the “Add (+) button
    5. Tick On “Styled KOT”
    6. Click SAVE

    Hi, thank you for your question. When you register your account, the email address you provide becomes your Back-Office username, and it cannot be changed afterward. As an alternative, you can create a new User with the preferred email address and assign all necessary access levels to that account.Read more

    If you accidentally used the wrong email during registration, we recommend downloading your product list, creating a new account with the correct email, and then bulk-uploading your product list again.
