I want to get Two-KOT Receipts at the same time in one-printer ? Basically, when we select item and then issue the KOT, kitchen printer should print two-KOTs.

    If you need to print multiple KOTs on the same printer, set up multiple printer setup pages. Enable the “Print KOT / BOT” option and turn off the “Print receipts and bills” option. Additionally, enable the “Printer Groups” option and save your changes.

    1. Access the POS App’s main menu.
    2. Navigate to “Settings.”
    3. Click on “Printers.”
    4. Add a new printer by clicking the “Add” button.
    5. Enter the printer’s name and other relevant details.
    6. OFF the “Print receipts and bills” option.
    7. Enable the “Print KOT / BOT” option.
    8. Enable the relevant “Printer Groups”
    9. Save your settings.
