    Hi Ashi,

SalesPlay POS does support printing in non-Latin scripts, including Arabic, and we can help you resolve the issue of characters appearing incorrectly. Here’s how you can set it up:

    1. Change Printer Settings for Language Support:
      • Open the POS app and go to Settings > Printers.
      • Add your printer or adjust the settings for the existing one.
      • In Advanced Settings, choose Graphic Enhanced mode, which is optimized for printing in languages like Arabic. If you experience issues, you can switch to Graphic Legacy mode.
    2. Ensure Your Printer Supports Arabic:
      • Make sure your printer supports the Arabic language. Some printers require specific drivers or font support to print non-Latin characters properly.

Once these steps are complete, you should be able to print receipts in Arabic without issues. If the problem persists, feel free to reach out to our support team for further assistance.

Let us know if you need any more help!

    Hi Faris 👋

Yes, there’s definitely a more practical way to manage this – you can use the “Customize Sale Screen” feature for your setup.

For example, you can create two separate customized sale screens – one for “Bakery” and another for “Restaurant”. This way, you can easily organize and access items based on your business areas.

Also, for your restaurant section, you might want to create pages like “Breakfast”, “Lunch”, and “Dinner”. Each of these pages can hold up to 20 fast-moving items, so it’s super easy for your staff to select and bill quickly during busy hours.

You can even add the same fast-selling items to multiple pages if needed – for example, if cupcakes are popular in both Bakery and Restaurant, just add them to both screens.

Once you start using this feature, you’ll really see how much smoother and faster your sales process becomes! 😊
