Yes, you can reset your KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket) or BOT (Bar Order Ticket) numbers to start with a fresh sequence each day. To reset the KOT or BOT number sequence, follow these steps:
How to reset the KOT number sequence
β’ POS App main menu
β’ Select β Manage Sale β
β’ Click βCash Managementβ
β’ Select βShift Endβ
β’ Tick On the βReset KOT number sequenceβ option
β’ Click βRun Shift End Processβ
β’ Click βCompleteβ
( Once you complete, the KOT number will reset at the beginning of the next shift.)
Special Note :
To run this process, you need to activate the βShiftβ function from the BackOffice.
