Backoffice gives error message

When i log in to backoffice it shows an error message saying, “This site can’t be reached”. I checked with several web browsers but same results. 

Its working in my mobile and not working my PC. What will be the issue ?

    Hi Anat,

    It sounds like this might be a cache issue on your PC. Here are a few quick steps to try:

    • Clear your browser cache and try a hard refresh on the page, as cached data can sometimes block the site from loading properly.
    • Check your network settings, including any firewall, VPN, or other network restrictions, as these can sometimes block certain sites on specific devices.
    • Disable browser extensions temporarily to see if one might be interfering with loading the site. Extensions like ad blockers can occasionally cause these issues.
