    Hi,

We understand how important it is to safeguard your business from potential fraud. The SalesPlay POS app offers several features specifically designed to help prevent fraudulent activity by cashiers. Here’s an overview of some key tools:

    Blind Cash Up Feature:

This feature prevents cashiers from viewing the total expected cash in the drawer when closing the register. It can reduce the chances of cash manipulation. You can enable it in your settings here ( https://help.salesplaypos.com/help/how-to-enable-the-blind-cash-up-feature ) .

    Deleted Receipts Report:

SalesPlay provides a report for tracking deleted receipts, allowing you to identify any suspicious deletions made by cashiers. Regularly reviewing this report can highlight unusual activity. Learn more about it here ( https://help.salesplaypos.com/help/deleted-receipts-report ).

    Employee Access Control:

You can manage and limit the permissions of each employee using SalesPlay POS, restricting access to only the functions they need. This feature is crucial for controlling sensitive areas of the POS system. Find out how to set it up here ( https://help.salesplaypos.com/help/how-to-manage-employee-pos-access-rights ).

    Avoiding Duplicate Receipts:

The POS app also helps prevent fraudulent receipt duplication, ensuring that each transaction is only printed once unless reauthorization is given. Details on enabling this setting are available here ( https://help.salesplaypos.com/help/how-to-avoid-printing-duplication-receipts ).

These features are designed with reliability and security in mind to give you greater control over your business operations. If you need assistance with setup or have more questions, feel free to reach out!

    Hi Aanya,

SalesPlay POS app can handle an unlimited number of products. However, the performance depends on the device you use.

For example, if your store has a lot of products and high transaction volumes, you’ll need a high-performance POS device or terminal.

Since you have 10,000 products, we recommend a device with at least 8GB of RAM. Anything lower may slow down your system.

Here are the recommended specifications for your POS Hardware:

    • Memory/RAM: 8GB or higher
    • Internal storage: 16GB or higher
    • Available storage: At least 2GB
    • Operating system: Android 12 or higher
    • 3rd party services: Need Google Play Services
