Hi, I just want to check – how long does the system keep sales receipts? Is there a time limit for viewing them in the app ? I’ve noticed that the app only displays receipts from the past 1 month. Older receipts ...

    Hi Aanya. For now, the system keeps 30 days of receipts visible in the app. However, if it's a credit receipt, we retain those indefinitely since credit settlements may be pending. You can always access all past receipts without any limitation through the Back Office at any time.

    SalesPlay POS app can handle an unlimited number of products. However, the performance depends on the device you use.

    For example, if your store has a lot of products and high transaction volumes, you’ll need a high-performance POS device or terminal.

    Since you have 10,000 products, we recommend a device with at least 8GB of RAM. Anything lower may slow down your system.

    Here are the recommended specifications for your POS Hardware:

    • Memory/RAM: 8GB or higher
    • Internal storage: 16GB or higher
    • Available storage: At least 2GB
    • Operating system: Android 12 or higher
    • 3rd party services: Need Google Play Services
