    The Blind Cash Up feature is already available in SalesPlay POS. You can enable it by following these steps:

    1. Login to POS Back Office Webportal
    2. Select “ Users” from main menu
    3. Go to the “Access Rights”
    4. Click on the already created user role
    5. Select “Sale” modules and click the dropdown icon
    6. Untick “View shift report”
    7. Click “Update” button

     

    (Once the “view shift report” option is unchecked, users will be unable to access the “shift report” in the cash management section, and they won’t have visibility of the expected cash amount during shift-end.)

Setting Up Sequential Invoice Numbering Starting from 001

How can I initiate the receipt numbering to begin with 001? My aim is to start from 001 for the first invoice every day.

    For your clarification, the receipt numbering system in SalesPlay POS follows a specific format, as shown in the example receipt below:

    Receipt Number: #1-2411181 (printed on 18th November 2024).

    Breaking down the receipt number:

    #1: Indicates the POS device that processed the sale (in this case, POS device #1).
    24: Represents the year (2024).
    11: Represents the month (November).
    18: Represents the date (18th).
    1: Represents the sequence number of the sale for that day (this is the first sale of the day in POS device #1).

    To address your request, the sequence number will reset every day based on the date and POS device. So, on each new day, the numbering starts fresh, and the first sale for the day will always be numbered as 01 for that device.

Hi. I recently joined as a distributor and have completed some sales. I now need to withdraw the funds that I’ve earned. Can you please explain the process for withdrawing these funds from my distributor account?

    To withdraw your distributor funds, log in to the Partner Management Portal (PMP) and go to “More,” then “My Account.” Look for the “Minimum Fund Transfer Limit” and set it to your desired amount.

    Once your earnings reach this limit, SalesPlay will automatically transfer the funds to your account. Payments are made monthly and should be completed before the 15th of the following month.

    For example, if you set the limit to $100 and earn $150 in July, you’ll receive your funds by August 15th. If you don’t get your payment, contact the SalesPlay support team for help.

I am trying to upload a bulk product list. I have followed all the conditions. but still, it failed to upload. It does not show the exact error message.  What might be the issue?

    Sometimes bulk upload fails even if all conditions seem correct because of hidden formatting issues or minor mistakes in your CSV file. Here are some tips to help:

    1. Clear formatting – If you copied data from Excel or Google Sheets, use “Clear Format” to remove hidden styles or characters.

      • In Excel: Select all cells → Home → Editing → Clear → Clear Formats.

    2. Fill only the necessary columns – For a quick and simple upload, you only need to fill 5 columns in the CSV file.

    3. Check for common issues:

      • Create categories first – Category names in the CSV must exactly match those in your POS (case-sensitive).

      • No duplicate product codes – Each product must have a unique product_code.

      • Trim spaces – Remove extra spaces at the beginning or end of product names, codes, or prices.

      • Avoid emojis or special characters – Don’t use symbols like %, &, @, quotes, or emojis.

      • Correct number format – Prices and stock should be plain numbers (no currency symbols).

      • Don’t change headers – The CSV has 30 column headers; do not rename, delete, or move them.

      • Max 2000 rows per file – Split files if you have more than 2000 products.

      • Shop-specific file – Each CSV is unique to the shop; don’t reuse for other shops.

      • Don’t leave key fields blank – At minimum, fill in the 5 basic columns.

      • Correct file type – Save as CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited), especially for non-English languages.
