To enable E-signature in SalesPlay, follow these steps:
- Go to System Settings in the back office, then navigate to Design Receipt > MORE and enable the E-signature option.
- Next, go to System Settings > Payment Types, select the payment method that requires an E-signature, enable E-signature under Additional Options, and click Update.
- After making these changes, sync your POS device. When you process a sale with the selected payment type, the screen will display a space for the customer to provide their E-signature, which will then be printed on the receipt.
