    Yes, deleted orders and items can be traced through the SalesPlay Back Office reports. Please find the relevant details below:

    1. Tracking deleted items from an open order
    If a cashier deletes one or more items from an open order (not the entire order), this can be tracked via the Removed Products in Hold Receipt report.
    This report shows:
    * Which product was deleted
    * Date and time of deletion
    * Cashier who performed the action

    2. Tracking fully deleted open orders
    If a cashier deletes an entire open (hold) order, this can be tracked using the Hold Receipts report.
    This report displays:
    * Status of all open orders (Completed / Deleted / Ongoing)
    * Deleted cashier
    * Date and time of deletion

    3. Tracking deleted completed receipts
    If a completed receipt has been deleted, this action can be tracked via the Deleted Receipts report.

    4. Important: Check Access Rights
    Please review cashier access rights carefully.
    If a cashier is given Full Access (Supervisor rights), they can delete orders and receipts without an Admin PIN.

    To restrict this:

    Go to Back Office > Users > Access Rights > Select Cashier > Edit > Under Functions, untick Supervisor (Full Access)> Click Update

    This will ensure deletions require proper authorization and help prevent misuse.

    Hi Please note that the KOT/BOT Display App is not compatible with the WebPOS version.     If you first registered with the SalesPlay Android POS App and now want to add a Web POS on your laptop, just follow the steps listed below:

    Step 1: Set Up in the Back Office

    1. Log In – Open SalesPlay POS Back Office and login to your account.
    2. Go to Settings – From the main menu, select Settings.
    3. Select POS Devices – Click on POS Devices to manage your terminals.
    4. Add New POS – Click Add POS to create a new terminal.
    5. Name the POS – Enter a name for the new POS and select the shop where it will be used.
    6. Save – Click Save to complete the setup.

    Step 2: Connect Your Android POS App

    1. Go to the Web POS Sign-In page ( https://webpos.salesplaypos.com/sign_in )
    2. Enter your username and password.
    3. Click ” Continue ” button
    4. Select the Shop – Choose the same shop you selected in the Back Office.
    5. Choose the Terminal – Select the terminal name you created in Step 1.
    6. Click the ” Continue ” button and “Login” button
    7. Wait till the interface loads 100%

    Please make sure you’re using the latest version of the KOT/BOT Display App. You can also follow this detailed guide to help with setup and troubleshooting:

    Before You Begin:
    Make sure both the POS App and the KOT/BOT Display App are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
    Ensure KOT Groups have been created, and that products or categories are assigned to those groups in the Back Office Web Portal.

    Troubleshooting – If You Face Issues:

    1️⃣ Check Wi-Fi Connection
    Ensure both devices are on the same network — sometimes they may switch without you noticing.

    2️⃣ Weak Wi-Fi Signal
    A poor signal can cause issues. To test the connection:

    • Open the POS App

    • Go to Main Menu > Settings > Printers

    • Tap the connected display

    • Tap “Test Connection”

    3️⃣ KOT Group Might Be Disabled
    Make sure the group is enabled:

    • Go to Main Menu > Settings > Printers in the POS App

    • Tap the connected display

    • Turn ON the toggle for “Printer Groups”

    • Tap Save

    4️⃣ Still Not Working? Try Restarting

    • Remove the existing KOT Display from the POS App

    • Restart both the POS App and the KOT/BOT Display App

    • Ensure both apps are open and connected to the same Wi-Fi

    This usually resolves most connection issues.
