Hello,
I would like to process a refund using the POS App for a transaction that took place on May 22. However, I’m unable to find any receipts for that date under the Past Receipts section.
Is there a limitation on how far back receipts are displayed in the app?
How can I proceed with the refund in this case?
Please assist.
