Yes, there is a limitation on how far back receipts are displayed in the POS App. The app retains receipts for the past 30 days only.
However, all receipts are permanently stored in the BackOffice system, so you can still access older records there.
Since the transaction from May 22 is beyond the 30-day limit on the app, it will not appear under Past Receipts in the POS App. As an alternative, you can delete the original receipt via the BackOffice, then issue a new receipt with today’s date and process the refund accordingly. Please note that backdating is not possible—this is just a workaround we suggest for handling such cases.
