Best Approach to Set Pizza Sizes in the POS System

Hello everyone,

I’m setting up a SalesPlay POS system for my pizza bakery and restaurant, where we offer pizzas in three different sizes: Large, Medium, and Personal.

I’ve found two possible ways to handle pizza sizes in the system:

1. Using Variants feature for each pizza (e.g., one pizza product with size variants: Large, Medium, Personal).
2. Creating Subcategories for each pizza size (e.g., separate categories for Large Pizzas, Medium Pizzas, and Personal Pizzas).

Which of these approaches would be the easiest to manage for daily operations? I’d appreciate any insights on which method would streamline order processing and make things more efficient for staff.
