Yes, there is a limitation on how far back receipts are displayed in the POS App. The app retains receipts for the past 30 days only.
However, all receipts are permanently stored in the BackOffice system, so you can still access older records there.
Since the transaction from May 22 is beyond the 30-day limit on the app, it will not appear under Past Receipts in the POS App. As an alternative, you can delete the original receipt via the BackOffice, then issue a new receipt with today’s date and process the refund accordingly. Please note that backdating is not possible—this is just a workaround we suggest for handling such cases.

Log in to the Back Office web portal.
Go to the Reports section in the main menu.
Select either Sales Summary or Receipts Reports.
Click the clock icon next to “All Day.”
Choose “Custom Period.”
Set your desired start and end times (e.g., 4 PM to 2 AM).
Run the report to view your results.
This will give you a detailed sales report for your specific business hours.
