    Hi Yes! You can now manage online orders directly through the SalesPlay POS System.

    You have two options:

    1. Link Your Online Store
      You can connect your WooCommerce or Shopify store to SalesPlay POS. Once customers place orders online, they appear directly in your POS app, allowing you to view and process online orders seamlessly.

    1. Use the SalesPlay Web Store
      The POS System also includes a Web Store feature. You can showcase your products on a dedicated URL where customers can place orders, add delivery notes, or select their preferred payment method. These orders automatically sync with your POS app and appear with a red dot in the “Open Orders” section for easy tracking.

    This way, you can efficiently manage all online orders without leaving your POS system.

We run a mini market chain and customers want vouchers they can give as gifts. Can we use SalesPlay POS to manage these vouchers so customers can use them in our supermarkets?
