Hi,
I just want to check – how long does the system keep sales receipts? Is there a time limit for viewing them in the app ?
I’ve noticed that the app only displays receipts from the past 1 month. Older receipts are not visible, even when I search using the receipt number.

Hi Aanya.
For now, the system keeps 30 days of receipts visible in the app. However, if it’s a credit receipt, we retain those indefinitely since credit settlements may be pending.
You can always access all past receipts without any limitation through the Back Office at any time.
